Remember to support our missions. The donation box is available every Sunday in the foyer. All seven of our missions are supported monthly. Attach a note if you wish to designate your giving.
If anyone, of any age, needs a ride to church please contact the office or one of the elders. The church bus runs before Sunday school every Sunday morning.
Registration for Oil Belt is open. Select the week of camp based on the grade the camper will be entering in the fall. When you register you will need the code westvillagecc100 for payment. After registration is complete fill out the Church Payment Authorization Form and bring it to Nolan to sign. Camp schedules are available on the welcome center.
Graduate Recognition will be May 19th. If you have a graduate of preschool, 8th grade, high school, or college please email two pictures-one recent and one younger-to westvillagesecretary@gmail.com by May 5th. Please include the school and if a college graduate their major and degree as well.
West Village will be hosting a lock-in at church for the littles on May 17th from 7pm-7am. It is for ages 3 yr old -5th grade. There will be games, devotions, crafts, food, and lots more. Each child needs to bring a blanket or sleeping bag, pillow, comfort item (if needed), and anything else they may need for an overnight stay. If you have any questions, please contact Ashley Spray or Sherry Mewes.
Vacation Bible School will be June 3-7 from 8:30-11:30. Kids registration is available on the church’s website and volunteer sign-ups are located on the back bulletin board. The theme this year is Our Lost World. The dinosaurs are coming!!
Special Needs camp at Oil Belt is Saturday, May 18. Campers should register by May 6. Helpers are needed. Contact Danielle Kimbrell if you have questions. There is a flyer with more information on the bulletin board.
The Hope Pregnancy Center in Mt. Carmel supplies food, clothing, and diapers for little ones. If you would like to help them raise money, next week on Mother’s Day, we will be handing out bottles that you can fill with change, dollar bills, or checks, and then bring back on Father’s Day. If you have any questions please see Nyla.
